The now 36 year old former Factory MONGOOSE rider (TM Gerrit Does) PETER PLOEMEN is active in motorcycle racing since about 6 years. Ending July 2003 I was invited by Peter Ploemen, together with my youngest son Pieter, to be present at the Dutch Open National Race Championship, which event took place at the Zolder Racetrack in Belgium.

On arrival we found a very professional team with truck, mechanic, hospitality unit and … hostesses. Allthough Peter Ploemen has several sponsors, he in fact is his own sponsor. Peter runs a very popular Bar/Restaurant called “Clinique” in the fantastic city of Maastricht in the south of our country. The name of his team is “Team Clinique” as well.
